The South Korean singer, who recently wrapped up a year-long stint at
tvN’s key signature music show, M-Countdown, will now add the role as
host for one of the widely watched shows on tvN to his belt. The last
season of tvN K-Pop Star Hunt attracted more than 50 million viewers
across Asia with a highly anticipated Season 2 slated to air in
Singapore in November 2012.
Out of the eight countries taking part in this regional talent competition, Tony An will also be making a rare appearance in Singapore as his first and only stop for the competition.
He will be taking the opportunity to film segments of the show in
Singapore as well as to root for the contestants performing at this leg
of the regional audition. K-pop enthusiasts and fans alike are bound to
be mesmerized by this visiting K-pop legend. The singer will be attending Singapore’s final audition this Sunday, 2 September 2012 at Plaza Singapura, Level 1, Main Atrium.
The first round of audition for Singapore’s leg of the competition will take place on Saturday, 1 September 2012 at StarHub Green. Those who might have missed the deadline for online submission are also welcome for a walk-in audition on the same day.
The top finalists emerging from the first audition will then proceed
to perform at Plaza Singapura, Level 1, Main Atrium, for the performance
audition the following day, Sunday, 2 September 2012 where the winners
will jet off to Seoul for professional training with Cube Entertainment!
Come on down to Plaza Singapura, Level 1, Main Atrium on Sunday, 2 September 2012 from 1:30pm onwards to witness the Top 2 Singaporeans who will be making it to Korea to achieve their dreams!
