Moon Hee Jun & Jay Park discuss their insecurities
Singers Kim Chang Ryul, Moon Hee Jun and Jay Park guest-starred on the November 28th episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Hello National Talk Show‘ to discuss their individual insecurities.
Moon Hee Jun was the first to share that he was always conscious about his lips that measured over 1.2 inches in length. “I got beat up by the kids at school because my lips were red and feminine“, he shared.
Additionally, Jay Park admitted that he felt pretty confident overall, but if he had to choose one feature he felt slightly conscious about, it would have to be his height.
Jung Chan Woo also revealed an interesting insecurity. “My nipples are small. When I look at them after I shower, they look as if two small flies are sitting on my chest“, he said evoking much laughter on set.
Jay Park also further revealed that he auditioned to be a singer because his mother had strongly suggested it.

Jang Woo Hyuk has been cast in a Chinese drama

Singer Jang Woo Hyuk will be making his small-screen debut on a Chinese drama series.
He has been in cast as the main role in the new Chinese drama, ‘My Sileok Girlfriend‘. An insider reported, “Jang Woo Hyuk has developed a strong fan base in China. Although he does not have much acting experience, there are numerous Chinese fans that wanted to see him on the small-screen, and therefore has been selected as the main male lead“.
Jang Woo Hyuk will be heading over to China at the end of the month. He will reside there for about three months until filming for the series comes to an end. The insider continued, “The dialogue in Chinese dramas are dubbed, so he shouldn’t have such a difficult time filming. The drama will air sometime in mid-2012“.
‘My Sileok Girlfriend’ is a romantic comedy about the events that occur due to a girlfriend who has lost her memory.

Moon Hee Jun reveals his first kiss was unpleasant

On a recent recording of OBS‘s ‘Kim Gura and Moon Hee Jun’s Gossip Girl‘, Moon Hee Jun admitted that his first kiss was far from ideal.
“I had my first kiss when I was much older, when everyone else had already experienced it,” he began. “But it seems as though everyone else had pleasant memories about their first kiss.”
He continued, “Mine took place on a college trip after I passed out from drinking too much makgeoli [Korean rice wine]. I felt something cold on my face and I woke up to a senior who had her lips on mine.”
Actress Kim Sae Rom also admitted that her first kiss wasn’t anything to reminisce over. “I was 17 when it happened, and I aggressively initiated it. It wasn’t romantic like something out of a movie or a fairytale,” she said.
Kim Na Young revealed that she was hit with rocks during her first kiss, and MC Kim Gura said he didn’t really remember his. “My memory fails me so bad that one year my wife and I both forgot our wedding anniversary“, he laughed.
This episode of ‘Gossip Girl’ will air on November 24th at 11:10PM KST.

Jang Woo Hyuk reveals his baby photo

“I was listening to music, going through some of my old albums and I found this. I took this around my first birthday. I barely have any memories of being this young. Sharing with you all, reminiscing over the old days,” he wrote.
Since Jang Woo Hyuk carries the image of a cool, hard-to-know guy, fans rushed to check out this rare glimpse into his past. His baby photo revealed that his hair stood straight up as a kid, and that he had adorable chubby cheeks.
Netizens who saw the photo commented, “Dancing machine as a baby kekeke” and “You had such charisma as a kid too“.

Jang Woo Hyuk to hold Japanese fan meeting in December
Jang Woo Hyuk has announced that he’ll be holding a fan meeting in Japan early next month.
His label, WH Entertainment, stated, “Jang Woo Hyuk has planned a fan meeting for December 4th in Tokyo, Japan. With 15 years of experience at his disposal, Jang Woo Hyuk is preparing the best event for his Japanese fans.”
The star plans on having one-on-one photo sessions as well as a handshake event with fans. Over 1,000 people are expected to attend, promising a solid start to his official venture into Japan. Jang Woo Hyuk enjoyed strong success with his career in China a few years back, and fans are anticipating similar results in Japan.
Jang Woo Hyuk made a comeback recently with his 4th mini-album, ‘Back to the Memories’, and his music video for the main track has already garnered over 50,000 views.

Singer Jang Woo Hyuk showcased his close relationship with his former H.O.T members.
The singer was promoting his new song “Back to the Memories“ on his Twitter page and also revealed, “This song was actually one we were going to use during our jTL days. When are we H.O.T members getting together again? Tony, Jaewon… I know you guys aren’t that busy. Let’s get together soon!”
The singer also revealed photos of a script from their very first performance. “This is the first show we ever went on. ‘Joyful Saturday‘ back on September 5th 1996… I still treasure this. I’m probably the only one that still has it. This is what you called limited edition. Jang Woo Hyuk, Moon Hee Jun, Ahn Chil Hyun (Kangta), Ahn Seung Ho (Tony), Lee Jae Won.”

On November 18th, Jang Woo Hyuk released the full MV for his new song, “Back to the Memories“.
The star promised that the music video would be quite interesting, as he tweeted, “Have you guys been waiting a long time? In a little bit, the MV teaser for ‘Back to the Memories’ will be revealed^^* Wow it’s sexy hahaha”.
Jang Woo Hyuk and his MV partner, Lim Jae In, brought a little bit of everything into his MV, including an awesome reference to the cult classic, ‘Back to the Future‘.

Jang Woo Hyuk’s agency clarifies rumors about a speculated girlfriend + teaser video released
On November 13th, a video clip of Jang Woo Hyuk and an attractive girl started surfacing on various Korean portal sites and Twitter. With speculations and rumors rising, his agency decided to clarify up the situation today.
The agency revealed, “The woman in the video clip is not Jang Woo Hyuk’s girlfriend, but an actress from the agency who is about to make her debut… The video clip in question is a portion of the teaser for Jang Woo Hyuk’s 4th mini album that will be released on the 18th.”
They continued, “During the editing process, a part of it was leaked. The clip happened to look like a self-cam, so we think that is what has caused all the misunderstandings to arise. We are planning to reveal the full version soon.”
The video clip that was uploaded online with the title ‘Jang Woo Hyuk and his girlfriend inside a car‘ features the singer and a woman, who looks to be in her early 20′s, filming themselves inside a car.
Jang Woo Hyuk later updated his official YouTube page with the same clip, only under the title, “Crazy Master“.
Jang Woo Hyuk will be releasing his mini album, ‘Back to the Memories’ on November 18th.

With Pepero Day just around the corner, singer Tony An took a proof shot with some giant Pepero.
On November 10th, Tony An tweeted, ”Wow, daebak. Looks like I will be eating it for a year.”
In the picture, Tony An poses happily with a huge pack of Pepero while giving the camera his best ‘cool guy’ expression. In Korea, ‘Pepero Day’ is a holiday celebrated mostly by young couples, in which they exchange packs of Pepero or other sweets to show their affection. It’s the equivalent of a Korean Valentine’s Day, but held on November 11th.
Fans commented, “You look very happy” “Cute. You look very small in comparison” and “I wonder why you don’t age?”

On the latest episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Happy Together‘, the rappers of Dynamic Duo gave a formal apology to former H.O.T member, Tony An, sparking the curiosity of viewers.
Back when Dynamic Duo was just starting their career, they were disdainful against all types of Korean music. They harshly criticized the legendary H.O.T in their songs, saying that H.O.T were the music industry’s biggest flaw.
The MCs were shocked by this story and asked if they had ever fought with the idol group. The set howled with laughter when Dynamic Duo responded that because they were such nobodies, no one even knew that such a song had been released.
To make matters worse, Tony An ranked higher as a soldier than Dynamic Duo in the army, but he acted kindly to them, not knowing what kinds of things the rappers said about him 10 years back. “We were so immature and thoughtless“, they said in regret.
“You don’t suppose we’ll be awkward after this programs airs, do you?”, they cautiously asked.

Tony An discusses the possibilities of an H.O.T reunion
On the episode of TV YTN‘s “News and Issues” that aired on October 31st, former H.O.T member Tony An opened up about the five members of the legendary group re-banding.
When the news anchor asked Tony his thoughts on H.O.T joining forces again, he responded, “All of us would like to, but it’s more difficult than it seems.”
“All of us are under different agencies now and we have conflicting schedules. We all want to eventually, but we just don’t know how realistic it is,” he explained.
“The members are like my partners in life now,” he continued. Tony also revealed on this episode that his ideal woman is someone he can connect with with on all different levels.
